School safety comes first amid threats to learning institutions

BETTER PREPARED, BETTER READY. As Dominicans engaged in yet another earthquake preparedness and school threats drills, their knowledge and readiness for such increases. Though hoping it would not happen, better preparedness is better readiness. Elements from Pulilan PNP, MDRRMO together with SDA's local DRRM group, Students Services Division organized the seminars.
